This policy applies to all clients availing any domestic help services provided by Maidvy (operated by Logibyte Technologies), regardless of service duration or category.
Our primary focus is to ensure smooth and uninterrupted domestic help services. Instead of refunds, Maidvy provides a Replacement Guarantee that allows clients to receive a suitable replacement maid if the initially deployed staff resigns or is found unsuitable.
Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, whether:
All bookings are non-refundable, and service continuity is maintained exclusively through our replacement process.
Maidvy provides a wide range of professional domestic help services, including but not limited to:
For household cleaning, maintenance, and daily chores.
For full-time domestic assistance with accommodation.
For newborn care, postnatal support, and mother care.
For basic caregiving, mobility support, and companionship.
For meal preparation, kitchen management, and dietary assistance.
For temporary or emergency household support.
To ensure efficient service and proper replacements, clients are expected to:
Share correct details about household size, tasks, work hours, and preferences
Daily supervision, task allocation, and basic management
Communicate any dissatisfaction or concerns immediately
Maidvy is committed to ensuring uninterrupted domestic help services through its Guaranteed Replacement Policy. This ensures that clients continue to receive reliable support in the event of maid resignation, unsuitability, or performance issues.
A client is eligible to request a replacement under the following conditions:
To ensure a smooth and timely replacement, the following steps apply:
The client must inform Maidvy immediately regarding the need for a replacement.
A new maid profile will be shortlisted and shared within 2–4 working days, subject to availability.
The client is entitled to replacements strictly as per the number specified in their active service contract.
Replacements will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Harassment, unsafe conditions, or delayed salary payments by the client.
Client directly hires the maid outside the Maidvy platform.
Maid is assigned tasks outside the agreed service scope.
Client has already utilized all the replacements allowed under the contract.
Maidvy operates with a strict no-refund policy. All service bookings and payments made are final and non-refundable, as our commitment focuses on service continuity and guaranteed replacements rather than refunds.
Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Before or after maid deployment
After maid deployment
By the client before contract expires
Despite booking
